Aishwarya was born on 1st November, 1973 to a traditional southern Indian family in Manglore. Her father, a merchant navy officer shifted their base to Mumbai when she was 4 years old. Some of the eminent personalities who have stayed at Ashford Castle are George V of England, President and Mrs. Reagan, Brad Pitt, Pierce Brosnan, Fred Astaire, Rod Stewart and Russell Crowe.
